Invitation to Global Issues Forum, 21 April 2006

Just to let you all know that at 7:30 pm on 21 April there will be the chance to meet with Roger Berry MP and hear about his experiences of the WTO in Hong Kong last December, his thoughts on the WTO generally (very pertinent given the current way it doesn’t seem to be working according to the Independent on Sunday last week: http://news.independent.co.uk/business/news/article346249.ece).

He is also up for just having a general chat about all things trade justice etc.

This will be an informal meeting, more of a discussion than a talk format, and it would be great if you could come.

Roger doesn’t mind if people from outside his constituency come, so we are all welcome.

The venue:

    Café Oasis
    115 High Street
    Staple Hill
    Bristol
    BS16 5HF

They are next door but one to the Post Office on Staple Hill High Street.

The cafe is on the section of the road between two sets of traffic lights and a few steps away from WEATHERSPOONS PUB on the opposite corner of the road. There is a free carpark off the road which runs down the side of the pub.

A map of the location is available on multimap.
